Corporate Securities Attorney

Our client's Corporate and Securities Group is looking for second to fourth year associates for its Houston office. Ideal candidates will have experience in public and private securities transactions, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and representation of corporations, LLCs and partnerships and periodic reporting and related filings with the SEC. Superior writing and communication skills are required, along with an excellent academic background.
