Immigration Legal Assistant Needed Immediately GALLERIA

Galleria-area immigration law firm seeking a bilingual legal assistant to start immediately. We are looking for a mature, team player with 1-3 years experience. Must have excellent writing/verbal skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and initiative.

Duties include assistance on NIV and IV visa processing, analysis of criteria and eligibility, preparation of labor certification applications, NIV and IV visa petitions including adjustment of status applications, port of entry applications, amendment of petitions, family-based and employment-based petitions. Responsible for responding to client inquiries and management of caseload using immigration tracking software.
